  Went in to store to book an eye test. There was no one else at the counter but me and the receptionist. She did not look up or acknowledge me. I stood there for 5 mins whilst she fiddled with the printer. She went to cupboards drawers and back to printer. Swearing as she got it wrong. Then another customer walked up to the desk and she dealt with her immediately. I had enough and walked out without being served. Her name was Diane and l wish l was a misery shopper as l would get her sacked. She was SO RUDE l and my family will not return EVER

  Had some eye trouble and new specs,the treatment and service at winsford was second to none,all the staff were great,thanks for all your attention and fab service
